In the light of recent Lifting Equipment inspection I want to recognise Crane Aid + Staff members and your LMI’s Rudi and Kevin for the recent annual Inspection, Load Testing work, personal advise and service that’s been done for us at PPC Cement Grassridge Quarries.

You have clearly given us this time around good service and we are proud to say that we are looking forward to your on-going support on improvement, spending time with us on issues that must be resolved which was sorted in good time frames.

Supporting us lead to our compliance on Inspection sheets and Certificates that was issued and we now legally comply 100% and I thank you for that.

Today our inspection from an external Company Phakamisa Safety Consultants, Mr Piet Otto went well overall and no findings were recorded.

Sappi Mandini Coal Cranes

Hi All

Just a word to say thank you for the efforts you all have put into the coal cranes, on the last off load a new record was set for offloading the coal train which was mostly attributed to the improved performance of the coal cranes. Please keep up the good work to ensure the new standards set are maintained. Well done to the whole team .

DEBSWANA – ORAPA AND LETLHAKANE MINES

It’s been a year of a lot of projects and new installation and maintenance on our overhead cranes. We take this moment to have great pleasure without favour to share with you that we as Electrical Team No 2 plant we commend the onsite team on an outstanding service/maintenance they have given us over the year. With all their unlimited assistance we have achieved a lot and gained a lot of ground on all our overhead cranes ,this has left us now living in the comfort of continuous operation and reliability of all our overhead cranes making them more reliable to suit our demanding operations .For all their jobs /tasks requested they have met and exceeded our expectation hence the need to share our appreciation as an operation.

Hoping to keep this throughout 2015 and beyond as we have some new technical installation that we need to address .I call a job well done to wrap up the year on a good note as we know overhead cranes involve a lot of legalities and hence all this has made us to be so compliant.

ADVANCED GALVANISING

Hello Everyone

I just want to thank everybody from Morris that has been involved with the overhead cranes for Advanced Galvanising.

From the beginning everything was dealt with in a professional way and timelines were adhered to.  We had a set back this weekend with the truck that broke down, but despite that the guys still delivered and we are up and running today.  All of the staff that worked on our premises this weekend was a pleasure to have them here.  This was a project being successful completed!!!  Also a special thanks to Dave Brook for his assistance.
